I love to bake all kinds of bread, but appreciate the challenge of sourdough.
The flavor is mild, but tangy. My starter is very active and doubles in size in just a few hours. I love the aroma!

- 100% Ap
Initially, I measured 50 g starter, 50 g flour and 50g water daily. Now, I just scoop out approx half, throw in some flour and add enough water to get the consistency I want and mix.
Equal parts unbleached AP flour and tap water. Fed twice daily for the first 5 days, then daily if room temp, or weekly when kept in the fridge.
