  • 100% Stone ground barley flour
  • 100% Water
  • 50% Sourdough starter

Feeding ingredients

flour and water are added on ad hoc basis.

Working method

I double the starter with 100% stone ground barley flour to the starter and mix in water until I get the consistency of brownie
