Discard all but 4 oz. of culture Add 4 oz. AP flour Add 4 oz. water (cool to cold)
Received my original sourdough starter when I took an Artisan Breads class at King Arthur Baking Center in VT about 3 years ago. It's a basic flour/water culture.
