I think my sourdough it’s unique because it’s already 7 years old and I feed it always with a bio rye flour !

- 500g Grapes
- 100g Apple
- 100g Rye flour
- 100g Water
I use my sourdough make some breads and then I feed with half rye flour and half water...

I boil grapes and apples. I let them cool down and after I pass through to sieve and then that I use for my starter
