This is not my first starter actually. We've moved to Belgium from overseas (in 2020) and so sadly I wasn't able to take my old starter with me.

Características

It smells sweet/sour/pungent. It's gentle but strong, it makes my breads extremely fluffy which is my favourite.

  • 100g Organic white flour
  • 80g Water

Simple. I add water and flour. Mix it all.

I use Organic White flour and water. Once in a while I treat it with a spoon of Organic Rye flour.
