I like the art of it. Bread is more healthy. The unique taste and flavor for each bread made out. Bread made by different baker give different uniqueness of it. That why sourdough baking is so different.

Charakteristische Eigenschaften

To me, my sourdough don't have much sourness taste. The flavor of it is so nice. The fermentation time able to be maintain as what I want.

Rezept

Zutaten für den Starter

  • 50g Water

Zutaten für die Auffrischung

  • 50g Bread flour
  • 50g Cold water

Feed two days before using it. Four time a day. Normal day will put it into fridge.
