My unhealthy obsession with pizza, combined with moving to a place where there is no restaurant that serves sourdough pizza, forced me to take matters into my own hands. I have not regretted it once!
Even though it was mainly created to be used in pizza dough, the Arctic Sour has inspired me to explore breads and even waffle batters! Created from organic, whole wheat in Arctic conditions, this is a sturdy culture ready for anything.
