My mother in law owns a bakery and I am the head baker there so she was talking about it and pushing me to play around and we have been grabbed by the sourdough world and not looking back

Characteristics

King ramzi is about 1 year old and has been feed every day from day one as we are using it on a regular basis it has a amazing taste and gives us a lovely crumb with a hard crust and it is only getting better as we are starting to add different flours and ingredients .

We are new to the sourdough world so our king has a lovely smell and gives us a lovely open crumb and amazing crust !
