Feeding ingredients

take it i out of the fridge . I will take 25 gr starter and feed it 50 g of un bleached flour and sometimes rye flour and 50 of filtered warm water. Stir well. I will repeat the process after it has doubled in size. The second feeding should be more active and will double quickly. I only keep about a tablespoon of starter in the fridge
