We have always loved the taste of sourdough bread. I did research on salts, Olive oils, flours, and few more ingredients. I do not buy anything from a grocery store. All ingredients are purchased directly & strictly from organic sources. I wanted true homemade SD bread. I know I have not succeed thus far. I shall persevere! Positive thinking helps!
특징
I use Barron Flour Mill organic white flour? Unbleached. Scarlet & Crimson each like end of the day feedings. When I check up on them, they each have a very slightly different scent. Scarlet is in a plastic ball canning jar mug & Crimson in KA crock. Scarlet has less smell, medium activity. Crimson smells sharper & has medium activity. They like being together side by side!
