Friends shared their story of inspiration... they were having some health challenges (especially with one child) and they prayed to God to know what to do. The answer returned to ferment their food! So began their quest of research and experimentation. Though they now ferment many foods, they will tell you that SOURDOUGH BREAD is the one that made the biggest difference! Yay!

Starting ingredients
Feeding ingredients

Stir the starter and remove a portion (at last half) and use for something great (or at least make a couple starter pancakes for the pup).

Place organic flour and water in a jar with a breathable lid, stir, set outside until bubbly (many days).
