I have trouble digesting white bread and realized sourdough was ok for me to eat. We live in a rural area, so wanted to try making it myself.

My Aneata has been happy lately. I’ve been feeder her in the morning 1:1:1 and stirring her in the evening. She use to double, but now that I am stirring her she quadruples.
