2006 'dan beri
Wanting to experiment with sourdough and I did not know anyone who had a starter. So I birthed my own.
"Mother" is a 10 year old sourdough that has a slightly sour flavor and when well fed, and active has a strong rise. Mother seams to be very hardy in that she always awakes up nicely after an extended nap in the fridge! Generally she is fed with Caputo 0O flour as she is often used in pizza Dough. She has a whole wheat daughter named Bertha!
