- 50% Wheat flour
My starter is fed in ratio 1:1:1 or 1:2:2 before baking depending on how soon I'm going to bake. The starter is so powerful that it normally needs only one feeding prior to baking. If the dough is planned to have mild taste, the starter will be fed twice prior to baking.
50% Wheat flour
My starter was created of water, wheat flour and a grated apple. I fed it every two days with 50 % wheat flour and 50 % water until it got its full power.
