Wanted to bake rustic crusty breads .
Born 2 years ago from some fresh ground hard white wheat. Thing 1 eventually became a hybrid of whole wheat and white flour. Later giving birth to another starter Thing 2 which is 100% white flour. Both starters are stars in their kitchen never failing to give start to many breads.
