- 30g Orange juice
- 30g Wholemeal Wheat Flour
- 15g Starter
- 30g Water
- 5g Rye
- 25g Unbleached all purpose flour
Stir down, place 15g starter in bowl. Discard the rest and rinse jar and wooden spoon in tap water.
Add 30g cooled boiled water at room temperature.
Add 5g rye flour
Add 25g unbleached all purpose flour (total 30g flour)

Used orange juice in place of pineapple juice for initial 3 feeds.
