Starting ingredients

  • 30g Orange juice
  • 30g Wholemeal Wheat Flour

Feeding ingredients

  • 15g Starter
  • 30g Water
  • 5g Rye
  • 25g Unbleached all purpose flour

Stir down, place 15g starter in bowl. Discard the rest and rinse jar and wooden spoon in tap water.
