1 cup filtered water with 1 unbleached flour - I feed it more often if I am using it regularly.
My starter is 9 years old. Just a baby really. However, I am so proud of this baby! Started on my kitchen counter with unbleached white flour and filtered water. 9 years later it is still very mild tasting.
