Working method

To feed my starter, I mix same amount of rye flour, water and sourdough starter
50% Water 50% Rye

Result

Sourdough pancakes

Everytime I feed my sourdough, I take some of it out and bake it in a pan with a pinch of sea salt and pepper

Rye beer loaf

Rye sourdough, whole wheat flour, stout beer and stour beer malt.
