Starting ingredients

  • 30g Rye
  • 100g Water

Feeding ingredients

  • 50g Starter
  • 50g Water
  • 50% Rye

I feed the starter with a ratio of 1:1:1, it takes a few hours to be active.

Working method

The starter was made from rye flour and water. During first three days I shaked it twice a day and on the fourth day I refed it twice.
