I love all things fermented and I have an aversion to the taste of commercially yeasted breads.
Loves to be feed with rye only. Smells of fruity alcohol when ripe.

- 20g Water
- 20g Rye
- 100% Rye
- 100% Water
Discard 2/3 of the sourdough and I feed 1/3 medium rye flour and 1/3 water
100% Rye 100% Water
I add 20g of medium rye flour and stir everything until it becomes pasty
