With the dark beer my sourdough gets a slightly darker color, and itself tastes a little sweeter.

Starting ingredients

  • 60g Rye sourdough
  • 30g Whole Rye Flour
  • 30g Dark beer

Feeding ingredients

  • 30g Whole Rye Flour
  • 30g Dark beer

Working method

I start with with a sourdough from whole rye flour. Add Whole Rye flour and instead of water I take dark beer for its special taste.
