I wanted to cook my bread at home.. then I saw Tartine's book during my research, I bought it and started my own sourdough starter.

- 100g Drinking water
- 100g Whole wheat flour
- 50% Water
- 100% Wholemeal Wheat Flour
I add equal amounts of whole wheat flour to my dough and half of that amount of water in every feeding.
50% Water 100% Wholemeal Wheat Flour
I added equal portions of whole wheat flour and drinking water together. And waited 3 days without doing nothing. And throw half of it and add equal amounts of water and whole wheat flour for the following 15days. My sourdough starter was ready in 18 days.
