I wanted to bake a better Neopolitan style pizza
It bakes up a lovely loaf.
Taste & flavour
- 50% Water
- 50% King arthur ap flour
It is a overly simple process, I do it by eye at this point. I take the tired starter out of the fridge, add filtered water and stir it in the consistency of loose pancake batter. Then pour half out, add enough flour to bring it to a very vet dough consistency.
