i have always loved the taste of sourdough bread and of course the San Francisco Bread is my standard. Also when living in Alaska i thought the way the old "Sourdoughs" saved their starter was awesome.
A slow going starter on the Big Island of Hawaii. Laverne creates a lightly sour flavored bread. She also loves to make crackers, and other yummy things with her leftovers. And her Challah! is so tender and flaky!
