Started as a hobby. Grew into a successful business. No one around me makes sourdough so I have a unique selling point in my bakery and ppl travel for miles to buy it.
I'm lucky to have an organic farm beside me that produces both Rye and wholemeal Spelt flours. I use both in addition to top quality wheat flour to feed my starter.The result is a super strong and powerful starter with a beautiful slightly nutty and speckled bubbly goodness
