Starting ingredients

  • 100% Water
  • 50% Wholemeal Wheat Flour
  • 50% All purpose flou

Feeding ingredients

Discard most. Add 30g flour 30g water. 2x a day. Add more if I need a certain amount for a recipe

Working method

Stared from scratch. I live in a warm climate. I use 50/50 whole wheat and all purpose flour. It’s kept and fed at room temp. About 72 to 76 F
