She is very strong and smell very good.

- g 100 flour
- g Flour 100
mix flour with water and a little bit starter. Mix well , leave in room temp 1 hr. and keep in fridge. Keep feeding every 2 days.
g Flour 100
Now I use 100% flour with 60% water.

I made beer onion sourdough and it's really tasty.
