My sourdough is made by raisin. So it has fruity fravour. "1 step making a raisin liquid" 1. Raisin and water(30℃), honey mix together. 2. Keep in a jar for 4day. (25℃) 3.Shake 3 times a day then open the cap to administer oxygen

2 step making raisin sourdough 1. mix with raisin liquid 110g , wheat flour 100g keep out side (25℃) for 24hours 2. mix 1 mixture 100g, water 100g, wheat flour 100g keep out side (25℃) for 24hours 3. mix 2 mixture 100g, water 100g, wheat flour 100g keep out side (25℃) for 12hours you can use raisin sourdough
