My mother in law owns a bakery and I am the head baker there so she was talking about it and pushing me to play around and we have been grabbed by the sourdough world and not looking back

King tuta is our young king his about 8 years old now and is used every day in our bakery he is a very unique as he has the most amazing flavours and smell incredible .

  • 100% White wheat

I use a high protein New Zealand flour to feed tuta he is feed once in the morning and once in the evening I use tuta young so his ready about 4 to 6 hours after the night feed

King Tuta is about 8 years old he is a 100% liquid leavin witch is 95% white wheat with 5% rye he has a lovely heart beat with a lovely aroma
