Lovely bread with nice crumb, not too open and holey but not dense either. Good crust, just can't get that ear.
Taste & flavour
- 800g Flour
Take out of fridge 2 days before bake. Feed twice daily until morning of bake, make dough that afternoon.
My own starter is 8 months old. Feed weekly before baking. Use local flour and water to make dough.
Lovely flavour and texture.
