I could never bake bread before bit seem to be successful with sourdough. I want to be more self sufficient so knowing how to bake real bread was a good way to do more for myself.
Pretty easy going, quite young.

Pour approx half away, or use in a different recipe, top up with 100g water 100g strong bread flour.
