Fruity, mild tang, very pleasant on the palate.
- 100% White bread flour
Remove 2/3 which I feed and use for baking. Wkeep approximately 1/3 of mother starter, and add water and white bread flour in 1:3 ratio.
Originally from Squelcher the Belcher, 100% white bread flour starter. Squelcher reborn was restarted from its dehydrated mother and is still 100% white bread flour. The original still lives in Adelaide, Australia.
