My starter reacts erratic, i try to feed it almost every week because i am not sure when i am going to use it. Sometimes it awakens in a day or it may take up to three days before it starts to bubble again. I cannot afford to feed it everyday because rye is expensive in my country, Barbados in the caribbean.
