Woodycrest starter is fed approximately every 12 hrs and happily sits on the counter. She is fed an equal weight of water and flour approximately 50-75grms each and then stirred until all is incorporated

Woodycrest starter gets an equal feeding twice daily of an local organic hard white wheat and filtered tapwater
