Found a group of bakers in a FB group called "PERFECT SOURDOUGH" and decided to join in on the journey! With a very special thanks to Teresa Greenway!
At only 9 months old, surprisingly, the taste is sweet but tangy. Any "hooch" that is produced while not in use is mixed in to the next feeding and never poured off.
