Sterilize a fork by burning a fork on a stove for about 30 secs. Add mineral spring water 100%

I am very fortunate to get my hands on sourdough starter from a famous Korean sourdough master. LeeminKo has changed nationality to Indonesian, and I am estatic and honored to be a proud parent. Leeminko is 100% hydration sourdough.
