Found a group of bakers in a FB group called "PERFECT SOURDOUGH" and decided to join in on the journey! With a very special thanks to Teresa Greenway!

Caractéristiques

At only 9 months old, surprisingly, the taste is sweet but tangy. Any "hooch" that is produced while not in use is mixed in to the next feeding and never poured off.

I keep her at 100% hydration and when fed, she's ready to make it happen within 4-5 hours!

"BLR" (Bubbles La Rue) is an ordinary Rue with a young mild flavor! Less than a year old, she's still getting tangier with time at a 50/50 ratio of Commander AP Flour and Purified water!
