- 50% Organic red fife flour
- 50% Ap flour
- 100% Filtered tap water
Equal parts of flour mixture and water. "Thick pancake batter" is the consistency in looking for. Day before baking Marvin comes out of the fridge and is fed every 12hrs for 24hrs.
Marvin is a young bubbly starter, a little sour at times but always delicious. He enjoys long slow back rubs and yoga (it's the stretching). He's home in Prince Edward county Ontario, Canada where he lives with his family including Ginger the golden doodle dog.
